We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Orthodontist Location: Lagos Responsibilties Retention and post-treatment follow-up are part of the case, not the end of it. You will explain the treatment, the oral hygiene it demands and the aftercare to every patient, keep records current as you go, and hold to our infection control and patient safety standards. You will consult, examine and diagnose, then build the treatment plan and see it through, whether the case runs on fixed appliances, aligners or another corrective approach. Where a case needs a restorative dentist, an oral surgeon or another colleague, you work with them directly. You will review progress at each visit and adjust when a case moves differently to how it was projected. Qualifications A postgraduate qualification in Orthodontics from a recognized institution. A professional, patient-focused and compassionate approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Completed NYSC, with a valid Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate. Experience: planning and managing Invisalign cases is an advantage. Working knowledge of Invisalign and clear aligner treatment. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an equivalent dental qualification from a recognized institution. Strong clinical, diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
