Proactively follow up with clients and provide updates on application status. Advise and assist clients with travel planning and booking of flights, accommodations, and travel insurance. Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation. Develop customized travel and study packages based on client needs and preferences. Offer after-sales support and collect client feedback to improve service quality. Maintain accurate records of applications, transactions, and customer communications. Requirements: At least 1–3 years of experience: in a travel agency or visa processing role. Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field (preferred). A passion for travel and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Schengen). Familiarity with GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM tools is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
