Key Responsibilities Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with overdue borrowers. Conduct field visits and tracing to locate delinquent clients and assess collateral. Negotiate workable payment schedules to recover non-performing loans. Maintain accurate recovery records and submit weekly progress reports. Work with risk and legal teams on escalated accounts. Requirements Education: [OND / HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Business, or related fields]. Experience: 1–3 years in loan recovery or debt collection (MFB background preferred). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. Knowledge of ethical debt collection practices and field tracing.
