Read more about this company Building Contractor Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 5 - 20 years Location Abuja Job Field Construction and Site Engineering Job Summary We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced Building Contractors with a proven track record in executing large-scale construction projects valued at N500 Million and above. Interested contractors must have verifiable experience, a strong portfolio, and valid company registration documents. Key Responsibilities Execute building and construction projects in line with approved specifications and timelines Provide skilled manpower, equipment, and technical expertise for project delivery Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Coordinate effectively with project consultants, engineers, and site management teams Deliver projects within agreed budgets and timelines Ensure proper supervision and management of construction activities Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Required Qualifications 5 - 20 years proven experience in building/construction contracting (mandatory) Must have successfully handled projects valued at N500 Million and above Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Demonstrated capacity to manage large-scale projects and workforce Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards. Additional Requirements: Strong reputation for quality project delivery Ability to mobilize resources promptly High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Good communication and project coordination skills.
