It believes in the commitment of women folk to work hard and help their families conquer poverty. As such, more than 95% of the Bank’s lending activities focuses on women. The success recorded by the bank in its lending program has earned it strategic partnership with the Bank of Industry (BOI) and the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) among others. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Digital Marketer Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilties Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Create online strategies to increase customer acquisition, deposits, loans, and brand awareness. Monitor and optimize campaign performance across digital channels. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Bank’s products and services. Social Media Management: Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, flyers, and promotional materials. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on digital platforms promptly and professionally. Grow and maintain the Bank’s online audience and engagement. Manage and maintain the Bank’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Content Creation & Branding: Collaborate with internal departments to promote products, campaigns, and events. Develop compelling marketing content for digital platforms. Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional messages. Ensure consistency of the Bank’s brand identity across all online channels. Website & Online Presence: Update and manage website content regularly. Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools. Improve website visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies. Advertising & Lead Generation: Track return on investment (ROI) for digital campaigns and prepare performance reports. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Generate quality leads for savings accounts, loans, and other financial products. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates. Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market trends. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports. Compliance & Customer Experience: Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience: and satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and protect customer information on all digital platforms. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with regulatory and Bank policies.
