We are looking for a responsible, caring, and reliable Female School Bus Assistant to sit with and monitor students during school bus trips. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safety, comfort, and discipline of all children on board, from pick-up in the morning to drop-off after school. Key Responsibilities: Student Safety & Supervision: Sit with students and monitor behavior throughout the journey to ensure order and safety. Pick-up & Drop-off: Assist children in boarding and alighting the bus safely. Ensure each child is handed over to the correct parent/guardian at their designated stop. Attendance & Headcount: Take attendance before departure and after arrival. Report any absent student to the school office. Student Care: Comfort younger children, help with seatbelts, bags, and ensure they remain seated during transit. Communication: Be the link between parents, the bus driver, and the school. Report any incidents, delays, or concerns immediately. Discipline: Enforce bus rules in a calm and respectful manner. Address bullying or unsafe behavior. Emergency Support: Assist the driver in case of emergencies and follow all school safety protocols. Cleanliness: Ensure the bus interior is kept tidy and report any damage. Qualifications Education: Minimum SSCE/OND. First aid knowledge is an advantage. Experience: Prior experience: working with children in a school, daycare, or caregiving role is preferred.
