We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Mixologist / Barman Location: Abuja (FCT) Responsibilities: Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, presentation, and overall beverage standards. Observe guest behaviour and escalate concerns involving intoxication, safety, or inappropriate conduct appropriately. Verify guest identification where required and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety at all times. Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and rotation of beverages, garnishes, ingredients, and bar supplies. Contribute ideas for new drinks, beverage promotions, menu improvements, and special events. Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented bar and work area throughout the shift. Ensure all drinks are prepared efficiently and accurately, particularly during busy service periods. Follow approvedstandard recipes, measurements, preparation methods, and presentation standardsconsistently. Monitor bar inventory and promptly communicate stock requirements, shortages, wastage, or damaged items to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu, beverage offerings, ingredients, and daily specials. Develop and suggestcreative and innovative cocktails, mocktails, seasonal drinks, and beverage conceptsthat enhance the guest experience. Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, ingredients, garnishes, spirits, wines, and other beverages. Greet and engage guests warmly, professionally, and confidently while taking beverage orders.
