Role Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for translating the brand's vision into meaningful digital experiences across our social media platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Execute the social media strategy across all active platforms. Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars. Coordinate content production and videography with the graphic designer, and other team members. Manage publishing schedules and maintain brand consistency. Build and nurture an engaged online community through timely and empathetic interactions. Respond to comments, direct messages and mentions while escalating sensitive issues where necessary. Create meaningful brand storytelling that reflects the brand’s mission and values. Monitor relevant wellness and intentional living trends and recommend appropriate opportunities. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports with recommendations. Support campaigns, partnerships, events and community initiatives across digital platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience: managing social media for a brand or organisation. Experience: with purpose-driven, wellness, lifestyle, education: or social impact brands is an advantage. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms. Experience: using content scheduling and analytics tools. Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles. Proficiency in editing short-form videos for social media using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Basic understanding of photography, videography, lighting, and content production workflows. Strong organisational skills, creativity, emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
