We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Benin City, Edo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Finance Analyst with at least 2 years of experience: to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models and analyze business trends. Support month-end closing and management reporting. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Monitor financial performance and provide business insights. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience: in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
