The role will work closely with the CEO and functional teams to coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor business performance, improve operational processes, develop management reports, support investor and donor documentation, and ensure that key projects move from planning to completion. The ideal candidate must combine strategic thinking with practical execution. They should be able to analyze complex information, develop clear recommendations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, track accountability, produce high-quality reports and presentations, and follow through until results are delivered. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution Support the CEO and leadership team in translating company strategy into annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans. Develop clear milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and performance indicators for strategic initiatives, and monitor progress. Performance Management and Reporting Develop and maintain management dashboards for key business indicators. Track performance across team and customers. Operational Improvement and Systems Development Develop and update standard operating procedures, templates, workflows, checklists, and operational playbooks. Investor, Donor and Due Diligence Support Coordinate and support the preparation of investor decks, donor presentations, investment memos, concept notes/grant applications, business plans, and partnership proposals. Strategic Projects and Business Intelligence Lead or coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and industry analysis. Stakeholder and Meeting Management Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and supporting materials for management and partner meetings. Support communication between the CEO, leadership team, employees, partners, and advisers. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field. At least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience: in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, corporate planning, agribusiness, fintech, development finance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience: coordinating complex projects across multiple departments or stakeholders. Strong analytical, research, writing, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and project management tools.
