The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent while implementing performance-driven HR initiatives that improve employee productivity, accountability, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with management to build a high-performance culture across all departments. Provide HR advisory support to business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop talent pipelines for critical and future business roles. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all business units. Design and implement effective onboarding programs that accelerate employee productivity. Performance Management & Productivity: Drive employee accountability through measurable performance standards. Work closely with department heads to improve individual and team productivity. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Produce periodic productivity and workforce performance reports for executive management.
