We are looking for a results-driven, articulate, and strategic Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our investor base, executing effective investment strategies, and facilitating deposit mobilization efforts from institutional and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate is experienced in investor relations or private wealth management and has a strong track record of building lasting investor relationships within the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and CRM data. Source and acquire new investors through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities. Drive deposit mobilization. Develop and present customized investment proposals and pitch materials. Foster long-term relationships with current investors by providing updates, reports, and investment insights. Partner with the marketing team to create impactful investor engagement strategies. Conduct market research to identify investment trends and new funding opportunities. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies. Build and manage a robust pipeline of individual and institutional investors. Provide regular performance and activity reports to leadership. Coordinate investor communications, including newsletters, financial updates, and events. Requirements: Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization or investor acquisition. Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
