Lead and manage security personnel across assigned locations. Conduct security risk assessments and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Prepare security reports and recommend improvements to management. Requirements Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 2 years' experience in security operations or security supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or facility security is an advantage. Good report writing and incident management skills. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
