Job Summary The Laboratory Technician will support efficient and accurate laboratory operations by conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining equipment, processing samples, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Monitor laboratory supplies and report shortages. Perform laboratory investigations according to approved procedures. Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation. Ensure proper handling and storage of samples and reagents. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised laboratory environment. Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples appropriately. Support internal quality assurance activities. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure accurate and timely laboratory results. Follow infection prevention, biosafety, and quality control procedures. Requirements: 3–5 years post-clinical experience. Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control. HND in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant qualification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Valid professional registration/licence where applicable. N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
