Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and customer transactions. Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on receivables. Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and general ledger balances. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis. Monitor cash flow and support cash management activities. Process staff expenses, reimbursements, and other approved payments. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
