We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Network & User Administrator Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary To support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure and user systems while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity Duties & Responsibilities: Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators or relevant teams. Support first-level troubleshooting for network and user incidents. Provide support for compliance tasks under supervision (e.g., PCIDSS readiness, audit responses). Collaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices. Maintain accurate records of hardware and network devices inventory. Assist in the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other user hardware. Assist in maintaining internet and email connectivity. Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices. Provide basic support for network connectivity issues (e.g., POS, internet, user devices). Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems. Monitor and escalate critical alerts and warnings on network infrastructure. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience: in user support and basic network administration. University Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related disciplines (minimum Second-Class Lower).
