Our client is looking for a Procurement Officer who will be responsible for sourcing quality goods and services at the best possible prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate and select reliable suppliers. Request, compare and analyze quotations. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers. Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely supply of goods and services. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Work closely with other departments to meet operational needs. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field with 2-5 years of experience. Proven work experience: as a Procurement Officer or similar role. Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
