You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with merchants. As a Sales Officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance company. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience: in the transaction finance industry is a plus. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. At least 2 years of experience: in sales, business development, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage. Benefits: Training & Development.
