This is for you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that aligned with Company's sales and revenue targets. Generate and convert leads into paying customers Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media and telephone enquiries. Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products. Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices and corporate organizations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals Requirement HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Professional marketing certification is an advantage. 2–4 years' experience: in marketing, sales, business development, or a similar role. Experience: in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or a related industry is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales. Confident in meeting clients and carrying out field marketing. Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision. Good follow-up and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience: with CRM or sales management software is an advantage. Must be proactive, presentable, and results-oriented. This is a target-driven position.
