We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Engineering Graduate Trainee Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Internship Job Summary We are seeking motivated, ambitious and smart engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This is designed to provide recent graduates with a structured pathway to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and soft skills, and prepare for a successful career in engineering. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and rotate through key departments to understand our operations and products/services. Key Responsibilities: Participate in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills. Work on-site or in the field as required to support engineering operations. Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects. Conduct research and analysis to support engineering tasks. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. Gain proficiency in engineering software, tools, and systems relevant to the role. Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in deliverables. Qualifications and Requirements: Engineering graduate from the year 2023 - 2025 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, from a reputable institution. Willing to travel as part of the training rotation.
