What will you do Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement. Partner with the People team lead to implement HR programs and policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries. Support with coordinating employee transactions, benefits, and incentive programs. Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders. Provide support with preparing and analyzing People metrics, reports, and workforce data. Support employee relations and foster positive employee experience. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data. Qualifications What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in HR, people operations, administration, employee services, or a related field where possible. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
