Liaise with transporters, drivers, and clients to resolve tracking and downloading issues. Monitor assigned assets on the IVMS platform and ensure proper tracking and data visibility. Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Maintain proper documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and resolutions. Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and health checks on installed devices. Requirements: Basic understanding of vehicle tracking systems, IoT devices, and troubleshooting processes. Proficiency in using smartphones, mobile apps, and reporting tools. Good problem-solving and customer relationship skills. Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a related discipline. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and reporting skills. 2 – 5 years experience: in field operations, GPS tracking installation, telecommunications, or technical support.
