Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Assess loan applications and perform credit risk analysis. Monitor repayment schedules and follow up on delinquent accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Market loan and savings products to prospective customers. Ensure compliance with CBN and fintech lending regulations. Prepare credit reports and recommend approval/decline decisions. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline. 2–4 years’ experience in lending, credit analysis, or relationship management. Strong knowledge of financial products and fintech operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Skills: Credit risk analysis – evaluating loan applications and repayment capacity. Customer relationship management – building trust and loyalty with clients. Sales and marketing – promoting loan and savings products. Regulatory compliance – ensuring adherence to CBN and fintech rules. Negotiation – persuading clients and resolving disputes.
