Key Responsibilities: Fleet & Leasing Management: Coordinate the leasing, allocation, and return of vehicles for company operations and client projects, ensuring availability and reliability. Vendor & Contract Administration: Source, evaluate, and manage leasing vendors and service providers; negotiate lease agreements and ensure contract compliance and cost-effectiveness. Operational Coordination: Plan and schedule vehicle deployment in alignment with project and logistics needs, ensuring timely delivery and minimal downtime. Maintenance Oversight: Monitor vehicle performance, coordinate servicing, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety and optimal operation of leased vehicles. Cost Control: Track leasing expenses, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs; identify opportunities to reduce operational and leasing costs. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, company policies, insurance requirements, and safety standards. Maintain accurate vehicle and lease documentation. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on vehicle utilization, leasing performance, costs, and vendor performance for management review. Key Requirements: Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5–6 years’ experience: in logistics, fleet management, or vehicle leasing operations—preferably within the oil & gas, construction, or related sector.
