Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Supervise staff, attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, and daily performance. Ensure the office is clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for business. Monitor daily sales and ensure all payments and transactions are properly recorded and accounted for. Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items. Oversee online orders, packaging, dispatch, and delivery follow-up. Ensure customers receive excellent service and handle customer complaints professionally. Ensure staff follow company rules, procedures, and instructions. Monitor and protect company property, merchandise, cash, and equipment. Identify operational problems and take appropriate action or report them to management. Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, stock, customer issues, and other operational matters Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently, even when management is not physically present.
