The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee records management, and retention initiatives while ensuring that established HR systems and standards are effectively implemented and maintained. Key Responsibilities: Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding. Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational excellence. Coordinate seamless onboarding processes, ensuring employees are equipped and ready from their first day. Oversee probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development processes. Collaborate with leadership to improve HR systems, policies, and processes. Monitor employee engagement and culture metrics, providing timely reports and recommendations.
