Ensures ygienic, prompt and adequate preparation of flavours for use by the production operatives in line with requirement in the product specification to meet production schedule and demand. Ensures flavour preparation room and enviroment are constatnly maintained clean and safe to produce quality products. Ensure that the conditions of storage of materials in the flavour room are adequate for safe keeping of materials prior usage. Maintain up-to-date records of flavour room materials and additives to ensure traceability. Take ownership of daily inventory and ensure accurate transfer on SAP and inventory reconciliation of physcial stock versus SAP value. Comply with GMP Rules and Regulations. Comply with Safety Rules and use of PPE at all times.
