Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals to customers. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally. Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective and existing customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards. Participate in sales meetings, promotional activities, exhibitions, and other company marketing initiatives. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance. Meet and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers. Negotiate prices and terms within approved company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Requirements: & Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience: in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role is an advantage. Good knowledge of the local market and sales techniques.
