Retrieval Confirmation: Verify and confirm the exact amount of cash/digital funds retrieved from deposit mobilizers before vaulting or banking. Financial Documentation: Ensure meticulous updating and proper documentation of all collected monies, keeping ledger accounts precise and audit-ready. Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly investigate, flag, and resolve any variances between mobilizer collections, field reports, and physical cash or bank deposits.
