Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement activities based on business and production requirements. Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate favourable terms, and prepare Purchase Orders. Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Support inventory management and prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Ensure purchased materials meet approved specifications. Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation. Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, pricing, and delivery issues. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Stores. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of procurement experience: in a manufacturing environment. Experience: sourcing engineering spare parts, production materials, or industrial equipment is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, inventory management, and contract negotiation. Experience: with ERP procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite. CIPSMN or CIPS membership is an added advantage. Remuneration N250,000 – N300,000 Gross Monthly.
