Key Responsibilities: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management. Conduct internal audits of financial and operational activities. Identify irregularities, control weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement. Participate in inventory audits and asset verification exercises. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Review financial statements, transactions, and supporting documents for accuracy. Assist external auditors during statutory audits. Requirements: Strong understanding of internal control systems and auditing principles. Minimum of 2 – 4 years' experience: in auditing or accounting. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or CIA certification is an added advantage.
