The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential communications, support board activities, and ensure seamless coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO\'s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and confidential documents. Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, senior management, board members, clients, and external stakeholders. Screen, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive requests and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking. Support board administration by coordinating meeting materials, travel logistics, and maintaining confidentiality. Monitor projects, track action items, and ensure timely completion of executive deliverables. Coordinate local and international business travel, including accommodation, visas (where required), and expense reconciliation. Develop and distribute internal and external corporate communications. Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide administrative support for strategic initiatives. Organize corporate events, executive engagements, and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years\' experience: as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel frequently, both locally and internationally, with the CEO. Valid Nigerian International Passport is mandatory. Added Advantage Valid UK Visa or eligibility to travel internationally without significant restrictions.
