Experience with async workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines. Solid API integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc.). Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases. Strong testing, observability, and debugging practices. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Ability to translate product ideas into reliable production systems. Preferred: Experience with multi-agent orchestration. Knowledge of memory architectures, RAG, MCP, and tool calling. Experience with workflow engines (Temporal, LangGraph, Airflow, etc.). Experience designing long-running autonomous systems.
