Manage fixed income portfolios across government securities, treasury bills, bonds, commercial papers, corporate debt, Eurobonds, and money market instruments. Optimize portfolio performance through effective duration management, yield enhancement, and asset allocation. Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and recommend rebalancing strategies. Conduct portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations. Conduct macroeconomic, credit, and market research to identify investment opportunities. Analyze interest rate movements, inflation trends, monetary policy, and economic indicators. Produce investment outlooks and fixed income market commentary. Evaluate new investment opportunities and prepare investment memoranda. Develop interest rate forecasts and yield curve analyses. Execute fixed income trades in accordance with approved investment mandates. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, banks, dealers, and market counterparties. Monitor market liquidity and pricing to optimize trade execution. Ensure efficient trade settlement and post-trade monitoring. Identify arbitrage and trading opportunities within approved risk limits. Assess credit quality and investment risks associated with fixed income securities. Monitor portfolio exposure to interest rate, liquidity, credit, and concentration risks. Ensure adherence to investment guidelines, risk limits, and regulatory requirements. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis on investment portfolios. Work closely with the Risk Management team to strengthen portfolio resilience. Provide fixed income investment advisory services to institutional and high-net-worth clients. Participate in client meetings, investment committees, and business development initiatives. Develop customized investment solutions to meet client objectives. Support the preparation of investment proposals, pitch books, and presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support asset growth and retention. Support the design and launch of fixed income investment products and funds. Contribute to innovation in investment solutions and portfolio construction. Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Fixed Income team.
