Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations and management reports Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Provide management with accurate financial insights to support decision-making Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control gaps Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations Manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable Coordinate tax, audit and statutory reporting requirements: Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience*, preferably in a senior accounting role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Experience: managing or supervising accounting personnel is an advantage Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent is required or strongly preferred Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Salary N350,000 - N600,000 per month.
