Description
Our client is seeking to employ a highly organised, intelligent, and proactive Male Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. Job Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, and other business documents. Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Follow up on assignments, meetings, and action points to ensure timely completion. Assist with research, business planning, and preparation of management information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information. Attend meetings with the MD when required and ensure proper follow-up on decisions. Support the MD in coordinating business activities across manufacturing, transportation, and related operations. Handle other responsibilities: assigned by the Managing Director. Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience: as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Officer, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational, time-management, and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Must be proactive, presentable, dependable, and able to work under pressure. Ability to interact confidently with senior executives, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
