The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, lead generation, and basic marketing analytics. Responsibilities: Take pictures during events for content creation Create and repurpose educational, promotional, and lead-generation content. Support lead-generation campaigns, webinars, educational events, and other marketing initiatives. Social Media Strategy and Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing activities aligned with the company's business objectives. Research target audiences, market trends, and business owner needs to guide content creation. Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Engage with the target audience through comments, direct messages, communities, and other digital channels. Produce short-form videos, graphics, carousels, written posts, newsletters, and other digital content. Identify potential leads and ensure qualified leads are properly captured and transferred to the Business Development team. Requirements: Understanding of organic digital marketing, audience growth, content distribution, lead generation, and email marketing. 2 - 5 years' experience: in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, or a related field. Experience: creating visual and short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
