Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Commercial Development: Promote the business brand and strengthen customer loyalty. Identify, secure and manage commercial, corporate and institutional service contracts. Develop new service offerings and value-added solutions to diversify revenue streams. Build strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and competitive advantage. Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and increase market share. Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of services across all business lines. Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership for all integrated cleaning and facility support operations. Optimize the utilization of personnel, equipment and operational resources. Financial & Asset Management: Drive profitability through effective cost management and operational efficiency. Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets and revenue forecasts.
