We are looking for an intellectually curious, articulate Research Analyst to serve as the insight engine for Estrada. Your research won't gather digital dust; it will directly drive brand authority, power client presentations, and support our Salary Survey Benchmarking and Talent Insights products. What You'll Do Market & Industry Research: Survey Design & Analysis: Design, deploy, and analyze corporate surveys (e.g., annual salary surveys, workplace sentiment benchmarks) for corporate clients. Talent & Market Intelligence: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on Nigerian and regional employment trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry workforce shifts. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market movements, competitor service models, and emerging HR technology trends to keep EISS steps ahead of the industry. Thought Leadership & Content Research: Regulatory Tracking: Track changes in labor laws, tax codes, and compliance frameworks across operating markets, producing concise briefing notes for internal and client use.
