This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and willing to support both technical operations and logistics activities within a fast-paced IT solutions company. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Internship & Graduate Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Internship & Graduate - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist in providing first-level technical support for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment. Assist with system installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and documentation. Support IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Maintain proper records of IT assets, installations, and service activities. Logistics & Operations: Coordinate the delivery and collection of IT products and equipment to and from clients. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products. Follow up with suppliers on orders, product availability, and delivery timelines. Ensure products are delivered accurately and in good condition while maintaining excellent customer service. Assist with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation of products received and dispatched. Support the operations team in ensuring seamless execution of client orders and projects. Requirements: Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a PPA. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong organisational and time management skills. Willingness to travel within Lagos for client visits, product deliveries, and vendor engagements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
