We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resource Officer Location: Aboru, Iyana Ipaja - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm Responsibilities: Support employee engagement and other day-to-day HR operations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Prepare and update HR documentation and employee records. Monitor employee performance and maintain performance trackers. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation. Assist with performance appraisals and employee development initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: in an HR role. Experience: preparing HR policies and maintaining employee documentation.
