The BFS Technician is responsible for executing the fill/finish process of infusion products in a controlled environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety regulations. The technician will assist in the preparation, operation, and cleaning of fill-finish equipment, and support documentation and batch record completion. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMP and safety protocols. Perform aseptic procedures during the filling process to maintain product integrity. Set up, operate, and monitor fill/finish equipment for infusion product manufacturing. Prepare and sterilize components, vessels, and equipment according to SOPs. Document manufacturing activities accurately in batch records and logs. Assist in cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of equipment and work areas. Resolve all complaints in the BFS machine and carry out preventive maintenance Participate in training sessions to stay current with manufacturing procedures and compliance requirements. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Support deviations, investigations, and change controls related to BFS processes. Conduct in-process inspections and ensure the process adheres to quality standards.
