Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of importing goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and coordinating with customs authorities. Managing import documentation is crucial for smooth customs clearance and timely delivery. Manage customs broker relationships, take end-to-end ownership of clearance operations, and improve clearance efficiency through standardized processes. Ensuring all imports comply with customs laws, trade regulations, and import licensing. Monitor shipment schedules and tracks imports to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. Accurate management of import documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations, is essential.
