We are seeking sixteen (16) smart, agile, and detail-oriented Project Support Officers to join an ongoing business project on a three (3)-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for recent graduates awaiting NYSC, as well as individuals seeking holiday or short-term employment. Successful candidates will support field validation, data reconciliation, and reporting activities, working both in the field and in an office environment. Key Responsibilities: Escalate identified issues and support timely resolution. Conduct field spot-checks to validate project activities and ensure compliance with defined standards. Document findings and prepare validation reports. Perform system-based data validation and identify inconsistencies requiring resolution. Provide administrative and operational support to the project team as required. Review, analyse, and reconcile data using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools. Make outbound calls to verify information and confirm data accuracy. Requirements: Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other digital tools. Strong communication and telephone etiquette. Able to work independently and meet project timelines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to undertake field assignments when required. Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree. Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing office-based analysis with hands-on field work. They must be able to work with minimal supervision, communicate clearly, and consistently meet tight project timelines.
