They are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Real Estate & Interiors Marketer Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time (Remote with field for closings/showings when needed) Role Summary You will be responsible for both company-provided leads and self-sourced leads - driving viewings, negotiations, and sales. We are looking for 2 aggressive, target-driven Marketers who can generate and close leads for luxury houses and interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide market feedback on pricing, demand, and luxury trends. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, networking, and offline marketing. Work on both company current leads and self-sourced leads. Conduct property tours, client presentations, and interior consultations (physical/virtual). Collaborate with Admin Officer for meeting scheduling and client handover. Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email till closure. Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients for referrals. Maintain accurate records of all leads and activities in CRM/Database. Qualify clients based on budget, location, and timeline. KPIs Number of viewings booked. Conversion rate and sales closed. Revenue generated. Number of qualified leads generated per week. Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Must be based in Lagos and available for physical inspections when needed. Active on social media for property marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). CRM and WhatsApp Business experience. Strong lead generation skills - both online and offline. Must have sold or marketed Lagos properties before (Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Victoria Island corridor preferred). Own laptop, smartphone, reliable internet and power backup. Self-driven, presentable, and understands luxury client handling. 2 - 4+ years proven experience: in Real Estate Marketing / Sales (Luxury experience: is a plus).
