For interns who prove their value, hit engagement metrics, and integrate seamlessly into our culture, this role has a direct path to transition into a paid, full-time position at the end of the 3 months. This is a 3-month, unpaid learning and portfolio-building internship designed for an ambitious, up-and-coming creator. We do not believe in making interns do busywork. From Day 1, you will work directly with our leadership team, take complete creative ownership of our brand identity, and build a world-class portfolio of real-world campaigns. What You Will Do Community Engagement: Monitor our channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the tech, innovation, and startup ecosystem online. Handle Management: Own, grow, and manage all of Axonvault's social media platforms (including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and more). Graphic Design: Concept and create stunning, brand-consistent visual assets, carousel decks, and promotional graphics to explain our innovation frameworks and products. Content Creation & Scheduling: Maintain a consistent digital presence by drafting engaging copy, planning content calendars, and scheduling posts. Requirements: What We Are Looking For The Extra Edge (Added Advantage): Basic skills in video editing or videography (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or creating engaging Reels/TikToks) will make your application stand out significantly. Strong Portfolio: You must be able to share a link to a portfolio, Behance, or past social media work demonstrating your design capabilities. Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of how different social algorithms work, particularly LinkedIn (for our B2B audience) and Instagram/X (for our B2C products). Design Mastery: High proficiency in modern design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator. You must have an eye for clean typography, modern layouts, and professional branding.
