We are seeking a creative, customer-focused Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist with gift selection and wrapping, process sales, maintain attractive product displays, support store operations, manage inventory, and contribute to Instagram content creation. Key Duties Curate gift combinations, provide recommendations, and wrap gifts professionally. Support product photography, social media content, and online engagement. Work collaboratively with the team and communicate customer feedback. Create and refresh visual displays and merchandising layouts. Process POS transactions and handle customer enquiries. Assist customers with gifts, décor, kitchenware, kids' items, and specialty products. Open/close the store, maintain cleanliness, restock products, and organise stock. Conduct stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and report stock needs. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience: (gift, décor, or home retail preferred). Ability to curate gifts, wrap items neatly, use a POS system, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Customer service training. OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree. Strong communication, organisation, merchandising, and multitasking skills.
