We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Operation & Maintenance Operator/Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of bleach and liquid cleaner sachet production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, machine reliability, product quality, safety compliance, and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and machine performance. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Ensure daily production targets are achieved. Monitor filling accuracy, cap sealing, labeling, coding, and packaging quality. Operate and supervise bleach and liquid cleaner sachet production lines. Maintain maintenance records and equipment history. Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment. Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different SKUs and bottle sizes. Support spare parts planning and inventory control. Implement GMP, 5S, and workplace safety procedures. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related faults. Ensure proper filling, capping, labeling, coding, shrink wrapping, and packing operations. Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Requirements: Hands-on experience: in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience: with PLC-controlled and automated packaging equipment. 3–5 years of experience: in the operation and maintenance of bottling, liquid filling, or sachet packaging lines. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals. B.Eng./HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Equipment Experience: Experience: with some or all of the following equipment is highly desirable: Capping machines Air compressors and pneumatic systems Liquid filling machines Batch coding systems Shrink sleeving tunnel machines PLC-controlled and automated packaging equipment.
