Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions. Monitor company expenses and implement effective cost-control measures. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Coordinate tax preparation, filings, and other regulatory financial obligations. Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures.
