The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize processes and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across departments. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing performance and recommending improvements. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff. Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience (2+ years) in operations, project management, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities. Proficient in using operations-related software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, project management platforms). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing. Familiarity with financial principles and budget management.
